E Clifton Hoover became Chief Investment Officer at the end of October 2010. He replaced David Dreman who had the title before him (who continued at the company as chairman, member of the investment committee and manager of the Dreman High Opportunity and Dreman Market Overreaction fund). Hoover has been with Derman Value Management since 2006, when he came on board as co-CIO, co-director of research, portfolio manager, and managing director. He is also acting CEO of Dreman Value Management.
